We are looking for a Technical Specialist for Communications Applications who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. The position is based in Timisoara and you will be responsible for Worldwide Communications Applications.

Tasks:

  • Supporting the technical maintenance and development of the DRÄXLMAIER Group's global online presence (intranets based on SharePoint, internets based on TYPO3, app, digital signage);
  • Coordinating the various people involved in the online presence (internal and external);
  • Controlling external partners/service providers in smaller projects or in day-to-day business (ticket systems), including cost and quality control;
  • Testing and implementing bug fixes, updates, new features and improvements in the technical systems including troubleshooting and analysis in coordination with the internal departments and external service providers;
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and information materials (e.g. process documentation, slide sets, brochures, documentation on user behavior);
  • Researching, summarizing and preparing information and data according to specifications as well as checking the respective documents (e.g. for evaluations on the intranet, website);
  • Planning and carrying out internal and external training at home and abroad, supporting users (e.g. training, user administration, consultation hours for, among others, TYPO3, Sharepoint, Staffbase).

 

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree/studies in Technical / IT / Computer Sciences;
  • Between 1 to 5 years experience;
  • Professional experience in Internet, media or full-service agencies, at Internet service providers, system houses or in corresponding departments of larger companies;
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint, TYPO3, Office applications, Windows, understanding of the technical structure of a website and Admin knowledge (editorial system and other systems used);
  • Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
  • Understanding for Editorial processes / Editorial work and usability in websites;
  • Communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking, highly motivated, open for new applications and proactivity skills.
