In order to support the Quality Management Systems & Methods department in our E-mobility plant in Timisoara, we are looking for an PFMEA Moderator who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Responsible for developing and updating P-FMEA for new and serial projects, respecting customer planning and internal project planning, in accordance with specific automotive requirements, customer-specific requirements, internal requirements, internal rules and company policy;
- Direct relationship with the central organization FMEA in the company and with the departments in the factory;
- Creates and updates the standard modules for the Standard P-FMEA specific to the processes in DRÄXLMAIER Timisoara, based on lessons learned and improvements in production processes;
- Tests critical risks, with experts from the multidisciplinary P-FMEA team (Production, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Logistics, etc.), and defines corrective actions for the continuous decrease of RPN / AP;
- Organizes the annual review sessions of the standard modules for standard P-FMEA specific to the processes in DRÄXLMAIER Timisoara, based on the systematic changes identified in the internal processes
- Documents the P-FMEA review meetings for new and serial projects, ensuring the implementation of standard processes in the project development phase as well as defining and tracking the actions to improve the process throughout the project's lifetime. Retains P-FMEA in client and internal audits.
Profile:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Electronics or Technical field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Quality field (Automotive) or in a similar role;
- Experience in FMEA methodology and system analysis and experience with the FMEA tool "APIS IQ-FMEA" / "APIS IQ-RM" is an advantage;
- Knowledge of VDA 4 and VDA 6.3 and knowledge of the basic tools: (APQP,PPAP/PPF), 8D methodology / complaints, SPC, MSA customer specific requirements, special features;
- Advanced knowledge of English is mandatory, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Communication and teamwork skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical skills.
