Objective of Job

  • Implement the overall planning for a plant/a region of mid-term and long-term utilization of resouces (space, employees and equipments) in consulation with supervisor.在和主管商榷后,实施关于一个工厂或区域(空间,雇佣和设备)的中长期总体规划任务。
  • Cooperate in developing suppliers
  • Support site-related investment planning (e.g. new procurements, etc.)
  • Conduct calculations (e.g. cost comparison calculations, etc.)

  • Procure/disposition components, parts and equipment, in close cooperation with the person responsible for the order
  • Support issue of construction releases and delivery releases; support receive and transfer of procured components
  • Support negotiations with suppliers on costs and schedules as part of the contract
  • Support planning and monitoring the procurement budget
  • Create inquiries for components, parts (e.g. prototype parts, etc.) and equipment (e.g. prototype equipment, etc.)
  • Manage and adjust schedules with delivery dates
  • Monitor and enforce promised delivery dates
  • Handle and follow up on complaints
  • Determine procurement risks and report to person responsible for order and to line supervisor
  • Stage materials, based on orders
  • Cooperate in the creation and implementation of FMEA content

  • Spare parts and consumption management by SAP
  • 运用SAP系统对备件及消耗品进行管理
  • Delivery date following, coordinate suppliers to solve problems about purchase order and loading list
  • 货期跟踪,协调解决箱单及订单问题
  • Complaint management
  • 投诉管理

Job and Work Requirements

  • Higher education, Foreign equipment purchasing experience or good experience in SAP or received similar training.
  • 高等教育, 国外设备采购经验或熟悉SAP操作或接受过类似培训
  • At least 2 years related working experience
  • 两年以上相关工作经验
  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Fluent in English or German
