Objective of Job(职位定位)

  • Support employer branding for talent attraction, including WeChat operation and other HR marketing events.
  • Support operational recruiting work for a smooth running

 

Principle Activities (工作职责)

  • Support to take care of internal and external employer branding of DRAEXLMAIER China as well as HR marketing related events and program’s (online and onsite) planning, and organization,    like campus talk, job fairs, etc.
  • Develop sell points of employer branding based on different target group.
  • Work on daily operation of recruiting communication social medias, including Wechat etc.
  • Make sure of the latest information of DRAEXLMAIER China being posted on job board( Zhaopin, 51Job,Liepin, 58,LinkedIn)
  • Assist related employee in design and develop Recruiting marketing toolkit material design, making sure of CI standard according to DRAEXLMAIER Group with vendor.
  • Take care of operational recruiting work, like job ads. posting, interview scheduling, interview facilitation, documentation work, etc.
  • Support relative employees in implementing recruiting and employer branding project, like campus talk, job fairs, etc.
  • Other administration job requested by supervisor.

 

Job Requirements (任职要求)

  • Postgraduate in second year, majoring in Marketing or HR will be preferential
  • Able to work 3-4 days in a week
  • Good Chinese wording and English skills
  • Quick learner with creative ideas
  • Good understanding of social media, event organization and project management skills are a plus.
