Tasks:
- Recognize and document QM system/process deviations across multiple units, such as missing employee orientation plans, and implement appropriate measures to address them.
- Participate in regular meetings with customers in various sites and countries to ensure alignment on quality standards and address any concerns or issues.
- Identify and develop cost-saving programs to improve efficiency and reduce waste in quality management processes.
- Coordinate complex tests and inspections to analyze defects and evaluate their plausibility with the customer, ensuring functional reliability.
- Develop extensive and complex series reports according to external customer requirements to provide thorough analysis and documentation of quality metrics.
- Plan and conduct training sessions within the plant site to ensure understanding and adherence to quality management processes.
