Objective of Job

This position will be responsible for the managing and coordination of internal and external training & development programs for all US locations and ensuring consistency of all learning and development programs and initiatives. It is also responsible for supporting the training and development department


Principle Activities

  • Coordinates, tracks, and maintains performance review documentation (90-Day Reviews and Annual Reviews)
  • Provides support for all training and learning activities
  • Inputs all training data in system (participant lists, pencil and paper training, certificates, etc…)
  • Maintains training documentation in files and system
  • Purchase supplies and coordinate training rooms
  • Coordinates both external and internal training identified during performance review
  • Prepare orientation plans, tracks completion, follows up on deadlines, and uploads to system once completed.
  • Own and coordinate new hire orientation and new leader orientation
  • Manage and monitor training budget, ensuring all monies are charged back or reclassed as needed
  • Submit ESS's for external trainings / supplies
  • Create, develop and implement ILT trainings, on-line trainings, and training programs for U.S. employees and departments
  • Assist with leadership training and coaching initiatives for US locations
  • Assist with administration of assessement center and various assessment tools
  • Assist employees with training questions / concerns
  • Oversee / coordinate ULearn / training requests / approvals / registrations / completions
  • Responsible for ensuring training for all new hires, transfers, and re-training due to changes and new projects
  • Create, develop, and implement ILT trainings, on-line trainings, and training programs for U.S. employees and departments
  • Creates yearly mandatory training to be uploaded into LMS
  • Maintains training records (evaluations, certificates, participation lists)
  • Create synergies with other DRX locations to ensure training standardization


Job Requirements

 Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

 3-5 years of Training & Development Experience

 Technical Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
