Objective of Job

Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets for the site.  Manage partnership with site leadership team and regional finance department.

 

 

Principal Activities
  • Yearly budget coordination and quarterly budget reviews per department (Area).
  • Month end closing activities according corporate timelines.
  • Prepare monthly forecast for the productive plant based on projected sales from the customer, including special effects or macroeconomic impacts in order to minimize unexpected results.
  • Contemporary and consistent creation/ monitoring of site parameters and KPIs (especially CAPEX, local assets, material consumption, material on stock, inventories, site forecast, site planning, value stream)
  • Act as economic business partner in the area of responsibility (e.g. sites)
  • Creation, analysis and commenting the PIV report (target-actual comparison)
  • Analyze other operating expenses (SBA) for all functions at the site
  • Support stakeholder in strategic topics (e.g. target scenario, acquisition factors)

 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Manufacturing experience preferred (3-5 years)
  • Application of Lean Management / Continuous Improvement
  • Experienced with SAP FI/CO application
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
