In order to support the IT Control Center department in our IT Center in Timisoara, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent (with German) (2 years contract with possibility of contract extension) who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Processing of technical requests from our internal customers in German and English language following agreed procedures;
- Classification, prioritization and dispatching of incidents and requests in a modern ticketing system (source: telephone, email, chatbot);
- Focusing on solving specific requests/ incidents by performing remote troubleshooting or forwarding IT disruptions to expert groups;
- Maintaining communication with second, third level teams as well external parties;
- Identifying and diagnosing disruptions by using knowledge articles and monitoring systems;
- Assist in the verification of authorization assignments/deletions and ensuring role-specific, authorized access to services;
- Instruct and advise first level supports in solving complex inquiries and in the use of the solution database.
Requirements:
- Work experience in IT customer support environment or similar experience in customer support area;
- ITIL qualification represents an advantage;
- Fluent German and English speaker;
- Independent, analytical and structured way or working with problem-resolving abilities;
- Good communication skills and teamwork;
- Willingness to work within a multicultural global team.
