Gestionnaire RH/Time Keeping
El Jem, TN, 5160
Mission:
- Monitor HR indicators (Absenteeism, fluctuation, illness,...).
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations, procedures and instructions (decision, memos…).
- Provide administrative follow-up of staff.
- Input all time keeping/ scoring data into SAP (correction of anomalies, confirmation of overtime, input and tracking of annual leave, technical unemployment, etc.)
- Manage individual interviews, absences and necessary Reporting.
- Carry out individual personnel measures in cooperation with management taking into consideration internal and external guidelines
- Prepare materials according guidelines (e.g. contracts, work attestations, etc.)
- Establish the formalities of work accidents and occupational and ordinary diseases and social declarations (CNSS and CNAM).
- Support the HR team in preparing documents and consolidate data for HR reports.
- Support trusting cooperation with employees' representatives (e.g. worker's councils, etc.)
Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent in management
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Responsiveness, confidentiality, discretion, initiative and high availability
- Good English Level
- Good level of Computer skills
- Willingness to work on a shift pattern
